Shipping Information
1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we usually ship to all 9 worlds including midgard, unless there is some tomfoolery going on. If you start the checkout you can see if delivery to your location is available, in case it is not you can reach out to support@valhyr.com to see if we can perhaps somehow ship these to you!
2. What if my order is delayed due to shipping?
We will do everything in our power to deliver this to you as fast as possible, that's why we have chosen shipping partners that deliver the fastest. But due to the way the world is shaping then orders can be delayed at times, the cited delivery times on products are estimated times not guaranteed - so that's why if you're in a hurry with the order then please consider that when we hand over the package to be shipped to you we are pretty much powerless if the shipping company or local post offices are experiencing delays. Refunds for delayed orders follow the normal procedure where we kindly ask you to send the item back to us and we will issue the refund. If a package is lost though then we take full responsibility ourselves!
3. Where are the items made?
Type E
These are made by me and my friend Raido over at Saku, Estonia, EU. Shipped out from here every week on monday and thursday.

Type P
These are made in Latvia, Europe or in the USA depending on what the product indicates. If more then one country is listed then it depends on where you are ordering from. For clothing the fabric itself is not made from scratch but rather a existing blank is used and then printed or stitched onto.

Type M
These are made in Germany, Europe onto already existing garments, every item is printed once you order it. These are printed using eco-friendly waterbased inks which might have a vinegar like smell to them once you receive them, as they are packed pretty soon after the fabric is printed on, it's not harmful for you, your pets, your children or the environment. Give them a wash and it will disappear!

Type S
These are made by our partner from Holland who houses their production in Shaoxing, China. Now I know what you're probably thinking 'oOh tHeSe cHeAp fUckS!!!' but hear me out, the reason I have come to this partner is exactly the reason you fear the most. It comes down to ethics, quality and commitment. I've tried so many different partners and realized the 'fashion' industry is not a beautiful place, I've tried EU, USA, Asia - all different places. I've even used one form the USA and the quality was horrid, their employees didnt get paid a fair wage and so on. So then in February 2020 I met my current partner while moving away from the first and it clicked, he showed all the eco-friendly solutions they had, non-toxic fabrics they use, how they do business, who their employees are and so on. I couldnt be happier and the quality is so far above everything else I've tried and you can read the reviews, people love them as well. So thats exactly why I use them, they are a small company and dont produce huge quantities so the price is a little higher but I think it's well worth it for the outcome.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping price depends on the country, you can see the shipping price once you've added some items to your cart and on the checkout page it displays the ammount for shipping.
5. How long does shipping take?
Shipping is around 7-16 business days on regular periods. During holidays or pandemics (hopefully this wont be as common as holidays) it's around 10-25 business days.

After you place an order it will be on hold for 24 hours in case you need any changes made and then it will be sent into production. Before we ship the items they need to be made and this takes up to 7 business days depending on the time of the year.
6. Are there any import charges/tax ?
This shouldn't incur but each country is different and the customs are different so we cannot say 100%. Please be informed that we cannot control the customs and so any charges that may incur from their side is nothing we can intervene in or do something about, it's best to contact the local post office or your customs representive to inform yourself if any of these charges may apply to your destination.
7. When will I get a shipping confirmation ?
Once the product has been created for you and a shipping label created it will be emailed to you. The creation process usually takes 4-7 business days - this could be extended during busy periods.
8. I have not received a tracking number?
In this case open the order confirmation email we sent you and click on 'My order' from there you can find the shipping number. If you click on that you can see what's going on with your number. In case you did not receive the order confirmation email check your spam/promotions folder as well - if it's in neither of those you can reach us at support@valhyr.com and we'll sort it out for you!
9. My tracking number is not updating, what do do ?
If it has not updated for a couple of days then there's nothing to worry about - the updates happen when post offices register these parcels. Sometimes in rare cases they can forget to update it and so a step might be missed. It's very unlikely that your parcel went missing but when it has not updated for two weeks please contact us at support@valhyr.com and we will look into it!
10. The tracking number says its delivered but I have not received my package?
Please contact your local post office - it's likely that they have your package and can help you on from there. At this point we have lost all control over the package and can not help further, if your tracking number says 'attempted delivery' it means the post office or the courier has tried to contact you but cant reach you, in this case contact your closest post office and they might have your package.

Please note: We can't refund packages that have attempted deliveries or are awaiting pickup at your local post office.
11. Some of my stuff arrived but not all of it ?
Since we use different partners it might be that you ordered two different types of products or the package was too large to ship in one. These are shipped out as soon as they are ready and each package receives their own tracking number so you can always see where the other part of your package is. If you dont have a tracking email open the order confirmation email we sent you and click on 'My order' from there you can find the shipping number or please check your junk email.
12. My tracking number says 'returned to sender' what now ?
Unfortunately packages with this label could not be delivered after many attempts by your local post office or courier and we can not do anything about them. Eventhough it says returned to sender we never receive these packages, they end up being lost and destroyed somewhere in the middle.If this somehow happened on the day you're supposed to receive the package then reach out to support@valhyr.com and we'll see what can be done.
Order Information
1. What does custom made mean?
We do not hold stock, every item is created after you place an order. It's usually between 4-7 days and up to 12 business days during busy periods like quarter 4. This provides a more eco-friendly approach where unsold stock is not thrown away as well as a better overview of each order. Your order goes through a quality check process and is packed with care before sent to you.
2. Do you offer size changes?
Yes size changes are a possibility, all we ask is you ship the items back to us and let us know what size you would like instead. Reach out to support@valhyr.com to get a size swap. Please be noted we cannot cover the returned shipping price or provide free shipping labels (not that big yet sadly) - the new sizes we send you will be free though. Make sure on the return parcel you tick Returns as the type if possible, otherwise we might not receive it.
3. Can I get a refund for my purchase?
All items except intimate products such as masks can be refunded for 14 days after receiving them, the only requirements are that you send them back to us and once we receive them we will issue a refund for you. Reach out to support@valhyr.com before and the same applies as with size changes above. You can read more about the refund policy over here.
4. Can you customize something for me?
Currently the customization option is closed - but I will update it here when I'm dealing with them again, you can subscribe to the email list as well and I will notify you through that as well.
