The story & symbolism
An animal living within Yggdrasil. The name means something like oak-thorns, perhaps a similar play on words for something impossible like the ingredients of Gleipnir - the sinews of a bear, the roots of a mountain, and so on
Here I've depicted him with thorny antlers, flowing like rivers - and on his chest is knotwork symbolizing the currents and the flow of a river. It is said that from his antlers drips water that ends up in all of the worlds rivers
Between his antlers is the symbol for the tree Yggdrasil, which a similar one can be found on the Överhogdal tapestry. And surrounding him are the leaves of Yggdrasil
