The story & symbolism
This amulet is based on a find from Lejre, Denmark. The throne represented here is very likely Odins throne Hliðskjálf due to it having two ravens sitting to each side and two beasts on the back of it. The birds are Huginn and Muninn, two ravens of Odin and the beasts could be Geri and Freki, the two wolves of Odin. The figure sitting on the throne is questionable though, as it is wearing womens clothing - and there survives no tale where Odin would have worn womens clothes, such a legend only exists of the god Thor. So the person sitting on the throne could be somekind of a hint or lost myth of Odin and Seidr, a form of magic that was taboo for men to practice. Or it could be of someone else sitting on his throne while he is traveling, perhaps Frigg or if we take that Freyas husband Odr is Odin - then perhaps its Freya with Brisigamen weeping on his husbands throne. I've also fun-speculated that what if it is Gefjon, as Gefjon is mentioned as having a a great necklace also in Lokasenna, and Gefjon is married to Skjöldr - one of Odins sons who ruled over Lejre. It's all up for interpretation and unless we find more finds like this or something similar that helps us connect two stories then all we can do is speculate
