The story & symbolism
Valravn - A kings body lost for long, picked apart by ravens. The name Valravn comes from the prefix val- which means a fallen warrior and ravn which is raven. The Valravn was believed to spawn when a kings body lost in battle was not found, the ravens that would pick on the corpse would enter a state of transformation - which eventually led them to becoming the Valravn - the one that would eat the heart of the king would become a sort of humanoid. This Valravn then was set to do evil and had supernatural powers. The records on Valravn in history are blurry, and it's hard to pinpoint in which era it stems from - but it is not hard to believe that this story stems from older times, and has probably changed a bit here and there but the concept seems to go hand in hand with other older viking tales, especially the part of transformation between humans and animals.

How to measure
Items are measured by being laid flat on the ground, not by circumference. If you have any items that fit you well, lay them on the ground and measure them to get the best fit
