The auroch is an ancient, wild ancestor of the modern bull. They are a symbol of untamed strength, primal will and unshakable grounding. The second letter of the futhark, the U rune bears the name Uroxen, meaning the Auroch. Those born under the watchful gaze of the auroch are people that walk hand in hand with nature and can tame the wild aspects of their environment.
