The story & symbolism
Skadi is the goddess of winter sports, hunting and snow. Her name could be associated with Scandinavia, possibly meaning a place of residence for the goddess - which gives us a hint how old and far back stories of her reach. She also had many sons with Odin, whose one we know to be a king of Norway - so likely if Scandinavia is from her name, the sons would be one of the first leaders of that area.
Winter attire
I've depicted her with warmer clothes, a hood that is half on the head and mittens on the hands. Her hair is braided and shaven on the side to give a more huntery vibe to the amulet. The dotted hood resembles fur and she can be worn by the end of the hood.
Skiis and a avalance
Her back and the sides of her coat in the front resemble skiis. The fur coat hanging from her also resembles a snow fall or avalance and the pattern on her lower body resembles fields which during winter get covered in snow, thus a depiction of Skadi bringing snow onto fields like a blanket on top of eart - laying the fertile soil to rest for that season.
Bow and odin
In her hands she is wearing a bow with an arrow and the brooch is an upside down odal rune to pay homage to Odin, who she has many children with. Here on the both sides are also a set of skiis and her fur hood resembling snow.
